Bajau ¿Que es Bajau?

Los Bajau son una tribu del Pacifico Sur de Asia que fueron de los primeros humanos que se adaptaron genéticamente para sumergirse durante largos periodos de tiempo para cazar. Nuestro restaurante es un tributo al mar a la tierra y fuego, Combinando ingredientes y sabores cuidadosamente para brindarte una experiencia culinaria memorable.

El concepto arquitectónico y de interiorismo se inspira en la idea de transmitir a los invitados un atractivo diseño basado en contrastes. Con toques industriales basados en una arquitectura Brutalista, pero al mismo tiempo contrasta con un ambiente cálido, que reﬂeja la historia a través de toques tradicionales caribeños, que generen calidez y confort a sus invitados.

 Verified Amazing anniversary dinner Celebrated our 30th anniversary at Bajau and it was amazing ! There were 8 of us and we all loved to food . We had shrimp , pork belly and tuna appetizers with main dishes being pasta , steaks and seafood . Not disappointed. Service was amazing . As for prices, we would spend allot more in the states for the quality of the food . Exceptional! Thank you for making our anniversary special .

 Verified Best restaurant in Cozumel Fantastic restaurant never have I seen such great service attentive, new silverware for every course gorgeous views. Excellent food cannot recommend this restaurant enough. BALAM and Adrienne were fantastic. Very attentive to detail of your needs.

 Verified Save your money and go somewhere else. My all inclusive has better food. Food was just okay. Very expensive. Two meals and a shrimp appetizer with two waters was $150.00 usd. Not worth it. I had the Mahi Mahi, blackened, Completely devoid of flavor. Amazing that you can blackened a piece of meat and make it tasteless. My date had the filet and it was good but certainly not worthy of the high ratings received.

We had a very enjoyable experience at this restaurant. We started with the pork belly appetizer, which was absolutely delicious—tender, flavorful, and definitely something I would recommend. They also brought out bread with a variety of spreads to start. They were fine, but nothing particularly memorable. For our main course, we had seafood pasta dishes. I ordered the shrimp pasta, while my friend had the mixed seafood pasta. Both were very good, and the cream sauce was excellent—rich and flavorful without overpowering the seafood. I also ordered a mezcal cocktail with jamaica, which was very tasty. My only complaint was the glassware. This type of cocktail should really be served in a short Old Fashioned/rocks glass. Instead, it came in a different style of glass that made it clumsy to handle and drink, just didn't suit the drink. The atmosphere was pleasant, but the acoustics definitely need some attention. The restaurant was only about a quarter full, yet it was surprisingly loud and difficult to have a conversation. Overall, though, we had a very good experience. The food was delicious, the service was good, and I would definitely return—especially for that pork belly and the seafood pasta.

We came here for the first time for our honeymoon. The atmosphere is relaxing and intimate. Our server Hector was absolutely fantastic. We had the tomahawk steak and the flavor was out of this world. Best steak I’ve ever had. Will definitely come back again next trip.
